Our Bookkeeping Assistants are entry-level professionals who support the financial operations of an organization. They assist senior bookkeepers or accountants in tasks such as data entry, reconciling accounts, and organizing financial records to ensure accurate and organized financial documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- DEXT processing (daily)
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements (ensure we have all invoices listed on them and if not, request from supplier)
- Enter Monthly Working Paper journals into accounting software (the MWPs have been simplified)
- Prepare & and send/upload ABA files for the bookkeeper
- Prepare monthly Performance Reports for each client
- Respond to miscellaneous tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a year working for an Australian client performing bookkeeping, or bookkeeping admin tasks
- Must have excellent English skills (both written & most importantly, verbal)
- Must be willing to work in either Makati or Pampanga sites on a hybrid setup
