As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and support between our organisation, stakeholders and our clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbox Management: Delegating and sorting emails for the Relationship Managers to effectively action
- Monthly title updates: Collect monthly updates on registration from developers and builders and provide updates to clients each month with oversight from the Relationship Managers
- Valuation access: Request valuation access details from stakeholders and update Salesforce and brokers with the information to assist in the finance application process
- Fortnightly & Monthly construction updates: Collect monthly updates on construction from builders and provide updates to clients each month with oversight from the Relationship Managers
- Relationship Manager support: Assist and provide support to Relationship Managers on an adhoc basis
DAILY PLAN
- Morning meeting with Client Services Team to outline the priorities for the day ahead and any roadblocks from the day before
- Delegate and assign activities to RMs from the shared inbox
- Send requests for valuation, title and construction updates
- Draft and get approval for sending title and construction updates
- Proven work experience as a Client Service Coordinator or a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
