Compliance and Maintenance Officers (YNS0002)

Our Compliance and Maintenance Officers are responsible for ensuring that organizations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. They monitor and enforce compliance measures, conduct audits, and implement necessary changes to maintain legal and operational integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process incoming applications – sort and check documentation

• Filing documents according to database requirements

• Verify validity of documents in accordance with law and company policies

• Conduct reference check for candidates

• Conduct visa verification checks

• Conduct AHPRA registration checks

• Cross communicating between recruitment consultants, candidates, and compliance team

• Communicate with candidates and recruitment team to ensure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations

• Assist candidates with navigating through training courses websites

• Maintaining all candidates’ profiles ensuring all documents are valid and up to date including vaccinations, visa, police checks, AHPRA registrations, etc.

• Filing documents according to database requirements

• Communicate with sales consultants, candidates and compliance team
