Creative Multimedia Lead (SPT0006)

We're looking for a mid-level creative professional who is hungry to step up, bring fresh ideas, and be the creative owner for our growing SaaS brand as we ramp up marketing activity. This is a fully remote role, working for an Australian company, reporting to the Marketing Manager who is based in Australia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead video and creative production: Create and edit high-quality video content and visual designs to support and grow the SurePact brand. This includes, but is not limited to, social videos, long-form videos, video ads, training videos, webinar cutdowns, product release animations, slide decks, email and blog graphics, infographics, and ebooks.
  • Brand development: Contribute strategic input to brand design and digital creative strategy for new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Sales enablement support: Provide ad hoc design assistance for sales-related materials and templates.
  • Brand asset management: Support the Marketing Manager with management of assets, such as stock images and licenses, internal collateral, merchandise, video library, and others.
  • Website design: Support the Marketing Manager in website design work, such as new page layouts and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in video production, animation and graphic design
    o Portfolio must include examples of video, animation and advertising projects
    o Experience working on projects for SaaS or B2B companies highly regarded
    o Have in-house design experience (rather than only freelance or agency-side)
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Figma, Affinity suite and Canva
  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Familiarity with Canva for template creation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word/Powerpoint)
