Customer Care Representatives – Order Entry (MYR0001)

The customer service team is responsible for ensuring our customers' needs are taken care of throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
• Receiving and processing customer orders
• Sending order confirmation emails to customers
• Updating customer contact information
• Answer incoming phone calls & disseminating as appropriate
• Making transport bookings for stock dispatching to the factory
• Responding to email and telephone queries in relation to customer orders
• General administration tasks such as maintaining excel spreadsheets and word processing
• Liaising with other departments such as production Planning, QA, Warehouse in regard to customer queries and order changes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unaccompanied and set daily and weekly objectives
• Proactive, with a strong natural ability to prioritize and problem solve

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, along with SAP ERP software.
