Data Officer (GED0001)

As Data Officer, you will be a trusted advisor and expected to support the business and team, proactively and effectively within Australian businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software/CRM platforms.

• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.

• Generate reports and store completed works in designated locations.

• Keep information confidential.

• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.

• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.


• 2-3 years of proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Assistant

• Experience with MS Office and data programs/CRM platforms

• Familiarity with general administrative duties

• Detail-oriented, always able to provide accurate and high-level quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on quality and delivery.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Good administrative and organizational ability.

• Ability to learn quickly and think ahead.

• High level of empathy and mindfulness

• Works collaboratively and as part of a team building genuine relationships.
