Data Report Analysts (IRN0002)

As a Data Report Analyst, you'll transform raw data into clear, actionable reports that help drive smarter business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Create visually compelling and data-driven Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of IT managed services teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to generate insights on service performance, ticket trends, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Integration & Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, including IT service management (ITSM) systems, CRM, and financial platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with IT, operations, finance, and leadership teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions that enhance decision-making.
  • Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation of reports, data models, and methodologies while training end users on Power BI functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Experience ConnectWise.
  • Experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology-driven industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices).
    • Strong Database skills for querying and managing relational databases.
    • Experience working with ITSM, CRM, and financial data sources.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
