Our Data Steward is a professional who is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's data assets. They ensure that data is accurate, secure, and accessible to those who need it, and work to develop policies and procedures to govern data use and storage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-active Issues Management
- Coordinate, liaise and follow-up as necessary with client and hammerjack support team members for any challenges, findings, or suggestions
- Note and track issues and raise potential opportunities and risks
- Investment-related queries will need to be raised past the lead consultant for that client
- Manage customer expectations on service disruptions or service delivery delays
Reporting
- Provide stakeholders with regular reporting about activities
- Raise emerging issues, concerns, or areas of opportunity that may affect customers’ experience and/or the effectivity and efficiency of processes
- Working with the data team to ensure all relevant data for quarterly reports is loaded to the database in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparing, reconciling and reviewing all attribution, fund characteristics, asset allocation reporting and responsibility for its accuracy
Account Management
- Be professional/courteous/polite on all communications
- Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency on all tasks managed by observing best practice and utilizing available tools
- Creating and maintaining client portfolios in the portfolio administration system
- Minimum weekly monitoring and maintenance of the managed accounts shadow weights spreadsheet for in-house Portfolios. This includes sending the output to the Risk & Governance Team on a weekly basis
- Ensure attendance, participation and cooperation during knowledge transfer sessions and other meetings
- Contribute to the overall success of the program by sharing best practices and playing an active role in meetings, workshops etc
- Help in creating Work Level Instructions (WLIs) for the tasks being handled
- Represent the hammerjack and client brands in a professional manner
