Digital Marketing Specialists (ENV0013)

We are looking for a digital marketer who will play a pivotal role in boosting brand awareness, engaging prospects, driving traffic, and generating leads for the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing, that align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blog, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and customer preferences to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or design are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, or B2B sector is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting for marketing materials, website content, and social media.
  • Experience in creating marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance or financial services is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Competency in Core Programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office Suite, and Email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor).
