The Head of Marketing at hammerjack is responsible for leading the marketing department, orchestrating the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's broader objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Demand Generation
- Create and curate content for omnichannel platforms to increase inbound leads.
- Manage social media platforms and write engaging articles.
Lead Generation
- Execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and Email.
- Design automated email campaigns and social media messaging.
Sales Support
- Assist in organizing and promoting sales activities such as webinars, events, and partnerships.
- Support the head of growth with strategic initiatives.
Internal Communications and Engagement
- Collaborate with HR to plan and implement engagement activities.
- Co-lead the culture club in managing volunteer members and activities.
- Manage and create social media content for the Philippines page.
- Promote company culture through various internal channels.
Brand and Communications
- Implement and maintain brand design across documents, websites, and social media.
- Provide support to all hammerjack departments for digital and print collateral and design materials.
- Assist sales with materials, messaging, and positioning.
Team Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team.
- Create training plans and manage capabilities for shared resources.
Strategic Functions
- Suggest innovative tools and marketing strategies to drive new business.
- Support the CEO and head of growth in crafting their personal brand strategies.
- Write monthly ghost articles for the CEO.
- Manage Quarterly Department Budget.
Ideal Candidate Background and Experience:
Education:
- Primary: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Secondary: Certifications or courses in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Business Analytics are highly advantageous.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing management role, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or service-oriented organizations.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns with long customer journeys and measurable success in customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, product development, and customer service departments.
