HR Specialists

Our HR Specialists are professionals who focus on various aspects of human resources management within organizations. They handle tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations to support the overall HR function and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

JOB OVERVIEW

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the HR Team in administering hammerjack’s processes including Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Timekeeping and Payroll Administration, Employee Engagement, and other HR-related activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, with a focus on Onboarding and Compensation and Benefits

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Onboarding

  • Prepare employees’ contract
  • Conducts New Hire Orientation.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Endorse benefit coverage of new hires and newly regularized employees (HMO and Life Insurance)
  • Process payments of government-mandated contributions (SSS, PHIC and HDMF)
  • Process SSS benefits of employees (e.g. Sickness and Maternity)
  • Prepares Certificate of Contributions
  • Prepares Employee Movement Form
  • Validate employees’ attendance (timekeeping)
  • Assists in payroll administration.
  • Facilitate clearance and exit surveys for separated employees.
  • Prepare and release Final Pay Computation
  • Process COE and other employees’ requests

Data Management

  • Ensure completion of all employees’ information in HRIS.
  • Updates employees’ master list.
  • Maintain employee records (201 File)
  • Maintain trackers and generate departmental reports.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events

Others

  • Support the team in responding to inquiries directed to HR
