Junior Graphic Designers (LEM0002)

We're looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing boutique marketing agency, specializing in property and trades.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design – Documents / Print items

  • Create visually appealing designs for various client and in-house materials, including, development brochures, capability statements, signboards, site hoarding etc
  • Ensure all designs align with our brand aesthetic and client expectations, focusing on high-end, minimal, clean, and modern styles

Graphic Design Branding

  • Create visually appealing Logos and relevant brand materials such as letterheads, business cards, flyers and branding guidelines for clients across the property and trade industries in the Australian market.
  • Be able to understand different target demographics and customer profiles and translate that into a suitable logo.
  • The clients that we work with are often very modern, professional and corporate businesses and therefore this role would align with someone who likes creating minimal, clean and sophisticated brands.

Graphic Design Socials / Digital

  • Create visually appealing designs for both in-house and client materials, including social media assets, EDMs websites and paid ads.
  • Ensure all designs align with our brand aesthetic and client expectations, focusing on high-end, minimal, clean, and modern styles

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Further experience with Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
  • Experience with Canva
  • Familiarity with Figma Advantageous
  • Strong project management abilities and task prioritization
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of key design principles, color theory, aspect ratios, and general proportions.
  • Good initiative, Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand sophisticated audience profiles in the property and construction industry and translate this into a brand that will appeal to target audiences.
  • Ability to look at examples of work and replicate designs of a similar aesthetic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to sequence design components
  • Ability to adapt to our brand aesthetic and create high-end, minimal, clean, modern designs
