Marketing Assistants (ENR0004)

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a dual role by performing marketing activities for the company, as well as assisting the implementation of Salesforce marketing solutions for our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Technology

  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Perform Configuration in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce.

Research, Analysis, Data and Trends

  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new market opportunities.Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future strategies.
  • Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
  • Maintain good quality marketing data in company’s Salesforce CRM.
  • Utilise client data to analyse and interpret client/vendor interactions and identify requirements to improve the client experience.

Planning and Executing Marketing Programs and Campaigns

  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the leadership team
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and events.
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

Client Success teams

  • Assist with the planning of all marketing and advertising materials to support the Company’s strategic growth plans.
  • Submit ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
  • Monitoring active marketing programmes and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors, including Salesforce, to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Website, SEO, and Advertising

  • Create and update website content in line with the company’s requirements and best practice Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide regular reports.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and managing online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and reach campaign goals.

Marketing Assets and Copywriting

  • Produce and design a range of digital and offline assets and visually engaging content for use across print and digital marketing channels in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Create marketing assets for the company’s Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qwilr (proposal tool), website and other marketing platforms.
  • Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.

The Company Brand

  • Help ensure internal and outgoing collateral and marketing assets follow the brand guidelines

General

  • Undertake marketing and communications-related duties as required.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Client Work – Marketing Cloud Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Engagement Implementations

Create marketing assets for the client’s MCAE, MC, and website.

  • Help clients establish goals and objectives in order to reach their clients through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
  • Perform configuration in MCAE, MC, and Salesforce.
  • Assist with developing assets and configuration in demo MCAE, MC, and Salesforce environments in order to engage potential clients.
  • Ensure marketing work on projects meet timeframe and budget.
  • Relationship Management
  • Proactively support and build relationships with other areas of the business.
  • Liaise with external providers.
  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Create a good working environment with open communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field is desired, or relevant marketing experience.

Skills and Attributes

  • Passionate and a strong understanding of brand, communications and marketing principles
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace, marketing software (Pardot, Marketo etc., CRM (Salesforce etc.) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is desired.
  • Organised, team-focused, detail-oriented, energetic, creative
  • Experienced in implementing latest technologies to generate, organise, manage and distribute marketing assets.
  • Effective visual literacy abilities and strong writing skills.

Experience

  • 1 or more years of digital marketing experience in a corporate, or agency environment.
  • Experienced in latest technologies e.g. Microsoft Office and Google suite, Zoom, and key Adobe tools.
  • Experience in working to and exceeding targets.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of key branding, marketing and communications concepts.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce is desired
