Reporting to the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support group marketing efforts for one of the world’s oldest family-owned skincare companies and a leading Australian skincare brand.
Responsibilities
- Executing digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to email campaigns, paid media content, website updates, and analytics reporting
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of brand marketing strategies to achieve targets and drive brand awareness
- Prepare, execute, and monitor weekly communications schedule across all business pillars including eCommerce, Salon, College, and David Jones.
- Coordinating events (e.g. conferences, training events, strategy nights, award shows) from logistics to post-event analysis.
- Assisting with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
- Manage the annual Marketing & Retail calendar, updating and co-ordinating deadlines across the entire marketing team, be the champion of Asana
- Prepare presentation decks, write blogs and/or generate compelling and engaging content to be leveraged across various channels with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives and events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Own and liaise with affiliates and other partners to seek promotional and growth opportunities.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with overall website management across all business pillars.
- Gather and prepare weekly reports that track performance and deliver key decision-making insights and growth opportunities.
- Assist with optimising the customer experience across all touch points delivering a results-driven approach based on data and insights.
- Day-to-day budget and invoicing management and admin
- Any other ad hoc request as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Digital marketing experience within luxury beauty, fashion accessories or related industries is desirable but not essential.
- Thirst for knowledge and a desire to pass it on to our consumers and internal staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years of event planning experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and GA4
