The Senior Consultant provides expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' most complex requirements. The Consultant facilitates the development of new and existing customers.
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop & manage comprehensive project plans, defining project tasks, resource requirements and critical milestones.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and addressing issues promptly.
- Set up system and configure according to customer requirements.
- Identifies areas for improvement and enhancement/modification in existing programs and subsequently develops these modifications.
- Make recommendations to clients for new processes and capabilities.
- Demonstrate expertise in ERP systems, contributing to the successful implementation and optimization of ERP solutions.
- Create custom workflows and scripts to enhance the functionality of Netsuite products.
- Delivery of configurations and customizations within Netsuite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP projects.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Liaises with Delivery Managers for efficient implementation of related or integrated products/systems and for resolutions of any adaptation issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assist technical teams with change management and technical skills.
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT project management process.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project efficiency.
- Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
