Our Project-Based QA Tester is a quality assurance professional who works on specific projects to ensure the functionality, reliability, and quality of software or digital products. They are responsible for performing rigorous testing, identifying and documenting defects, and providing feedback to the development team to improve the overall user experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of QA testing experience
- Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired
- Experience in automation testing (ideal)
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Proficient in test management software
- Good working knowledge of programming languages
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in hybrid set up (3 days office set up and 2 days work from home)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes manual testing for test cases under varying circumstances
- Create test cases based on the requirements
- Documents and evaluates test results
- Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
- Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
- Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts
