QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years experience in sourcing and recruitmenT
- Has A good understanding of BPO KPI’s, processes, routines, and challenges and can apply this knowledge when recruiting
- Can work independently and has excellent organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills for both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
