Salesforce Administrators (IRN0001)

Seeking a skilled and adaptable Salesforce Administrator with experience in supporting tools and processes that traverse the sales, marketing and customer success operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage the day-to-day operation of Salesforce, including user setup, role hierarchies, permission sets, data integrity, and system maintenance. Build and maintain objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flow.
  • Marketing Automation: Ensure smooth integration between HubSpot and Salesforce. Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to enhance lead management processes. Implement system configuration to support changes.
  • Data Integrity & Cleanup: Conduct regular data audits and perform cleanups to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and successful campaign execution.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other integrated tools, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Discern, for smooth data flow between systems.
  • System Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce workflows and marketing-related processes to enhance productivity and system performance.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Build meaningful reports and dashboards based on business requirements gathered from the user community. Deep experience with advanced reporting features to build insights is needed (Cross-Object filters, prev/parentvalgroup summary formulas, object formulas, etc.)
  • Training & Support: Provide daily support to sales, marketing and success teams. Train users on system best practices and processes when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Expertise: Certified Admin 201 required. Additional certifications a plus. Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: A methodical and creative approach to solving technical and process challenges, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the user community. Ability to translate technical insights into business requirements and vice versa.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities showing flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs.
