Salesforce Functional Consultant (ENR0001)

Functional consultants provide advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes. They recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address a client or organization’s business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting thorough analysis and gathering information to understand the needs and challenges of the company.
  • Working closely with company employees and stakeholders to gain insights into the existing processes and systems.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies and solutions to address those areas.
  • Developing and documenting detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients’ business requirements according to the organisations’ expertise and skills.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales in order to provide technical solutions and develop and review proposals.
  • Deliver the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as Functional Consultant using Salesforce
  • Background in workflow configuration
  • Experience in project delivery role
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support.
