Our Senior Test Analysts are experienced professionals responsible for leading and executing software testing activities within a development team. They design test plans, create test cases, perform testing, and provide detailed reports to ensure the quality and reliability of software products, often mentoring junior testers and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing Resolve Enterprise and Web Client solutions configured by RSG for functionality, performance and usability.
- Deliver quality software solutions through analysis, estimation, planning, creation and execution of test cases and procedures.
- Writing and maintaining clear test cases.
- Perform test execution across all different phases
- Raise defects identified, define severity, and ensure defects are resolved by liaising with the project team.
- Creation and maintenance of test data and producing test artefacts.
- Contribute to review of project documentation and perform peer review wherever required.
- Tracking and recording of testing KPI’s.
- Assist with UAT support.
- Following Resolve Quality & Testing Standards.
- Work with the Test Manager towards efficient communications and processes within the team.
- Represent the Testing Team in Sprint ceremonies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 4+ years’ experience in the field of software testing or relevant discipline.
- Understanding and experience of Agile SCRUM framework and Waterfall methodology
- Tertiary education in IT or related discipline
- Good to have, ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Certificate.
- Testing experience across various test phases including Functional testing, System testing, Regression testing, Smoke Testing, Interface testing and System Integration testing.
- Good to have Automation Experience.

- Make recommendations to the TM for the ongoing process improvement of testing processes
- Investigate new tools and techniques to improve the efficiency of testing processes
- General Responsibilities
- Assist new employees to familiarise themselves with the products and company procedures
- Escalate critical issues to the TM
- Meet all weekly objectives as set out by the TM, or delegated member
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the TM
