- Use a scheduling tool to schedule social media posts
- Use WordPress and other website CMS to post blog posts
- Update SharePoint sites
Document design
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Asist in design of email campaigns
- Apply brand guidelines to documents
Proofing and Editing
- Proofing and editing policy documents
- Proofing and editing internal communications and reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing related discipline and 3-5 years relevant experience post qualification
- Demonstrated experience with a range of digital content tools including; website management, social media scheduling, Google Suite and CRM applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- A high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.
