Digital content distribution

  • Use a scheduling tool to schedule social media posts
  • Use WordPress and other website CMS to post blog posts
  • Update SharePoint sites

Document design

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Asist in design of email campaigns
  • Apply brand guidelines to documents

Proofing and Editing

  • Proofing and editing policy documents
  • Proofing and editing internal communications and reports


  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing related discipline and 3-5 years relevant experience post qualification
  • Demonstrated experience with a range of digital content tools including; website management, social media scheduling, Google Suite and CRM applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • A high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.
