Key Responsibilities

A dedicated offshore Bookkeeper handles daily transaction processing, reconciliations, and month-end support, so your local team can focus on advice and client relationships instead of data entry.

Transaction Processing & Reconciliation
  • Processing daily transactions and coding them to the correct accounts
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable subledgers
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies before month-end close

Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
  • Issuing customer invoices and following up on overdue accounts
  • Matching payments to invoices and updating records accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate AP and AR ageing reports

Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Processing payroll runs, including superannuation and PAYG
  • Preparing BAS and IAS lodgements for review
