The Marketing All-Rounder handles diverse tasks, including graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing, combining creativity, technical skills, and strategy to deliver work that aligns with our brand and meets client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing designs for various client and in-house materials, including social media tiles, development brochures, capability statements, EDMs, and websites
- Ensure all designs align with our brand aesthetic and client expectations focusing on high-end, minimal, clean, and modern styles
Content Creation
- Write engaging captions for social media plans, email marketing campaigns, website copy, brochure copy, and blog posts
- Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate comprehensive client reports, incorporating relevant data points
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation
Digital Marketing
- Set up and manage ad campaigns in Meta’s backend
- Build and optimise workflows and pipeline funnels using our CRM system
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop experience is a plus)
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Meta advertising platform (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Figma (advantageous)
- Experience with Go High Level CRM and Mailchimp (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong project management abilities and task prioritisation
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to our brand aesthetic and create high-end, minimal, clean, modern designs
