Rocky’s extensive experience is steeped in operations, having served in key Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) roles from start-ups to enterprise tech giants such as Microsoft and Google. His experience including inside sales, field sales, vendor management, program management, strategy and operations has given Rocky the complete experience to help hammerjack and our customers achieve more. Having previously managed the operations of 650 staff across 5 countries, one of Rocky’s most recent achievements included managing a 900% increase in headcount growth globally over five years at Google. He played a vital role in the successful scaling of operations by ensuring quality, compliance, and business continuity, particularly during the pandemic.
