Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Support (ENV0015)

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support: Provide first-line support for Dynamics 365 F&O, addressing user inquiries and issues through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to finance, supply chain, and operations modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency in using Dynamics 365 F&O. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support procedures.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and user activity, conducting regular maintenance tasks, including updates and patches, to ensure optimal operation.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment between technology and business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, contributing to system enhancements and best practices.
Project Support: Assist in implementing new features, modules, and integrations related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Data Migration and System Configuration: Assist in Data Migration and system configuration

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operations business processes is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
