Outbound Marketing Specialist (EA0002)

The Outbound Marketing Specialist is expected to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele; primarily generating sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate will take on the following task/s or duties:

  • Research advertising trends in our industry
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products and help us with our products/services pricing strategy
  • Decide on the appropriate placement of ads and ad expenditure
  • Determine what content will reach customers and coordinate the content build
  • Develop outbound digital marketing campaigns which would include
  • Cold email outreach programs
  • Targeted EDM’s
  • Always on Digital Lead Funnels
  • Development and delivery of a regular newsletter
  • Publish digital marketing content online via custom campaign landing pages & updating and curating our website
  • Integrate our digital marketing activities with our offline sales activities, ensuring that Hubspot (our CRM) is maintained, clean and leveraged
  • Measure digital traffic, campaign and funnel performance
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Optimise paid advertising campaigns
  • Development of metrics and reporting on the growth and ROI of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Develop advertising budgets and monitor expenses
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify new marketing tools and steward existing marketing tools making recommendations as necessary

Good to have:

  • A candidate who has leveraged Artificial Intelligence for scaling, automation, operational efficiency and to improve the volume of outbound leads and has an interest in testing and keeping up to date with the latest developments in this space.
