Project Admins (INS0007)

A project administrator is responsible for scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and breaking projects into manageable tasks. They create and update workflows, analyze risks, and prepare documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
• Email management
• Order management in an internal system
• Customer updates
• Create and update workflows if needed.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly organized
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Experience in HubSpot
• Order management experience is preferable
• Australian client experience is a plus
