Our Candidate Supports are individuals who provide assistance and guidance to job seekers throughout the recruitment process. They offer information about job opportunities, help candidates prepare for interviews, and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring teams, aiming to create a positive and efficient experience for potential employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
· Utilize social media and job platforms in search for and connect with potential candidates
· Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
· Collaborate with recruitment consultants to identify each position’s requirements by collecting sample or blind CVs
· Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
· Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals based on the recruitment needs
· Log candidate information and upload in CRM or Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
· Proactively update the repository of job descriptions for changes
Recruitment
· Do background or reference checks and flag any potential candidate issues to recruitment consultants
· Responsible for the overall wellness of the candidates from screening to final stages, address any concerns or questions and do check-ins during the recruitment life cycle
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 2 years experience in the field
· Complete knowledge of business offerings and processes
· Customer and Candidate Focus
· Actively seeks to understand customer needs, expectations and level of satisfaction
· Able to maintain good relationships with candidates
· Ability to handle complex issues while building trust and confidence
System and Application Knowledge
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Familiar with the up-to-date job platforms
Communication and Soft Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively and efficiently with all internal and external customers
· Adaptability and flexibility in changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure
