Graphic Designer (ENV0003)

A graphic designer creates visual concepts using computer software or by hand to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create professional, visually compelling designs, across a variety of mediums for multiple brands.

2. Design and produce everything from logos, digital ads, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials to name a few.

3. Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

4. Have a strong understanding of print media, fonts & content licencing.

5. Understand and adhere to brand guidelines across multiple brands.

6. Develop 3d mockups and visual presentations to showcase work and ideas

7. Creating and editing photo and video assets.

8. Designing documentation and presentations (powerpoint & word templates).

9. Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate the outcome briefed. Ensure work meets all requirements to reduce revisions and delays to deadlines.

10. Contribute to varied projects directed by the head office marketing team.

11. Adapt to changes and pivot in a fast-paced business environment.

12. Bring forward-thinking and innovative design ideas to the team.

13. Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.

14. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh design perspectives into our projects.


1. A degree in Graphic Design or similar qualification

2. Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Proficient in the Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft Powerpoint & Word

4. Exceptional design/visual skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

8. Excellent copywriting and editing skills

9. A high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail is a must

10. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.


1. Knowledge of the insurance and finance industry do’s and don’ts in advertising and marketing
