Reports Admin (TMS0002)

A CSR/Reports Admin is tasked with overseeing corporate social responsibility initiatives and managing the production of reports documenting the organization's social, environmental, and ethical performance.


  • Worked as a CSR for atleast 1-2 years ideally combination of email and voice support
  • Has worked with KPI reports – intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
    • Can do pivot table, knows how to use different formulas including but not limited to vlookup, xlookup, index, match, if conditions
  • Background in Logistics, Order or Case Management or Ecommerce is a plus
  • Amenable to work on dayshift schedule
  • Amenable to work full-time on-site for the training period and slowly transition to hybrid
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solver and attentive to details
