Operations Project Coordinators (LXG0015)

The Operations Project Coordinator oversees and coordinates project tasks to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. They collaborate with teams, monitor progress, and handle operational details to keep projects on track.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Coordination:
    • Maintain and update task spreadsheets for tracking project activities.
    • Provide context-based updates and manage task prioritisation with minimal supervision.
  2. Desktop Research:
    • Identify suppliers, parts, and installation methods for sensor equipment.
    • Gather and organise technical data for decision-making.
  3. Supplier and Fabricator Liaison:
    • Communicate with local Australian fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
    • Manage relationships and follow up on orders and queries.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Generate daily reports from CRM dashboards (HubSpot).
    • Monitor project metrics and provide actionable insights.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate seamless communication with internal teams for project updates.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for project queries and progress tracking.
  6. Operational Support:
    • Handle online ordering, tracking, and follow-ups for materials.
    • Arrange deliveries, couriers, and food services as needed.
  7. Adaptability and Records Management:
    • Stay up to speed on general project work with concise briefs.
    • Maintain thorough records and ensure all follow-ups are executed on time.
