Report Admins (TMS0002)

Our Report Admins plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing report generation processes within the company. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate data extraction, creating visually appealing reports, and collaborating with various departments to meet reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Worked as a CSR for atleast 1-2 years ideally combination of email and voice support
  • Has worked with KPI reports – intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
    • Can do pivot table, knows how to use different formulas including but not limited to vlookup, xlookup, index, match, if conditions
  • Background in Logistics, Order or Case Management or Ecommerce is a plus
  • Amenable to work on dayshift schedule
  • Amenable to work full-time on-site for the training period and slowly transition to hybrid
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solver and attentive to details
