A CSR/Reports Admin is tasked with overseeing corporate social responsibility initiatives and managing the production of reports documenting the organization's social, environmental, and ethical performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Worked as a CSR for atleast 1-2 years ideally combination of email and voice support
- Has worked with KPI reports – intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
- Can do pivot table, knows how to use different formulas including but not limited to vlookup, xlookup, index, match, if conditions
- Background in Logistics, Order or Case Management or Ecommerce is a plus
- Amenable to work on dayshift schedule
- Amenable to work full-time on-site for the training period and slowly transition to hybrid
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solver and attentive to details
