Our Mid Developers are experienced software developers who possess a balanced skill set and proficiency in programming languages and technologies. They actively contribute to the development and maintenance of software projects, bridging the gap between junior and senior developers in the team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Write clean, stable, and well-structured code in an agile environment
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Lead by example with code quality, best practices and software development design patterns and architecture patterns
- Create websites/front-end applications
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience as a developer
- Expert with C#, MVC, and CSS
- Familiar with GitHub and JIRA will be highly regarded
- Exposure to .Net Core, JavaScript, Entity Framework, SQL, Web API, Web Service (SOAP), XML/JSON
- Experience in (Restful) API development (or Microservices)
- Familiar with Agile development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A great communicator, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously
- Ability to effectively communicate, perform requirements analysis, discuss design decisions
- Keen aptitude to learn and adopt the industry trends
- Commitment to finding solutions and best practice
